Economical operation of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, power supply and operational faci- lities requires careful planning, dimensioning and coordination of the systems. Solutions are identified within the scope of a dialogue between clients, architects, construction en- gineers and operators. My objective is to facilitate profitable investment, efficient ope- ration, low maintenance costs and flexible use of buildings throughout their entire life cycles.
